The Yak Towing team is the definition of professional. They were able to help out in a relatively short time frame and communicated extremely well. While other towing companies that I made the attempt to schedule a tow for a future date told me to call back one hour before, which I though was odd. The Yak Towing team on the other hand, booked me in to their schedule and knew of the date and time for the pick up, which in my opinion is how a business should operate.

The price was more than fair beating almost all of their competitors and the service is exceptional. I will definitely use the services provided by Yak Towing in the future when needed.

Once again, thank you for all your help Yak Towing.

I had posted in June and just realized it never posted to reviews. My wife and I were on our way downtown to a birthday celebration when we were waved down. Turned out the front tire was on the rim. The gentlemen who waved us down was either owner of Yak or an employee. Wish i remembered his name, because he was one of the kindest human beings I've meet in a while. He could of done nothing or try and squeeze some money out of us as he knew we were running late. He repaired the tire on the spot and charged us nothing. He was kind, well mannered and extremely helpful. Never meet a towing company that actually cares about people and not just the dollar. Experiences like these remind us of the good in the world. If I ever need a tow or road assistance I will definitely call YAK towing...

Accidentally drained my car battery while waiting in the car. The car computer system malfunctioned and dealership wanted me to tow my car to the dealer. After troubleshooting with the owner of Yak towing, he suggested it might not need a tow but a battery boost. He was super friendly, helpful and took the time to help me over the phone first. It turned out it was a battery issue and he saved me a lot of money rather than just towing the car across the city to the dealership. He even took the time to explain to me what happened. Excellent service, friendly and I highly recommend this company. Will be using this company again in the future if needed!!!!
